During my teenage years, I really struggled to perform and honestly act like myself. I had no idea why I couldn’t perform the way I wanted to. I was trying so hard to go faster and I felt like I was doing all the right things which only made me feel worse. Thinking back, I know exactly why I wasn’t performing at my best.
What didn’t help was the bullying I was experiencing within my own team. This negative energy really took a toll on me even off the ski hill.
I had zero confidence in myself. I would look in the mirror and be disappointed in what I was looking at. A failure. When you regularly feel defeated and are told that you’re not good enough, you start to believe it. Before I knew it, I was in a constant state of negativity in a sport that I loved. It felt like I was trapped in a black hole with nowhere to go, nobody to relate to, or even a shoulder to cry on.
I decided to focus on the positive, whether that was in practice, races, and about myself. I decided to focus on myself. Not comparing myself to my competitors. Not thinking about all the opportunities I could have had if I would have performed better. But focusing on what I needed to do in my skiing to be fast. The realization of this improved my mood and my season dramatically.
It's time for you to get the results you want and deserve!
If only I knew what I know now back then! These experiences have taught me how important mindset is for athletes to succeed. I now understand how the mind works and how limiting beliefs and the effects of pressure can have on an athlete. All you need is the right tools to help you achieve your goals!

Performing under pressure is huge in sports especially in ski racing. That’s why I wanted to learn how to reduce stress, how it affects you mentally and physically while performing, and to understand how to break those stress patterns.
Your own thoughts get in the way of performing your best. In this program, I’ve learned mindset practices through neuropsychology that help you to get to the source of a mental block and to literally rewire your brain to perform consistently and confidently.
